The Board of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education “NAQAAE” has approved to grant the accreditation to the faculty of engineering in Shubra, Benha University in light of the results of the audit visit to the faculty.
Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University said the University witnessed a significant shift in quality assurance and accreditation in light of the accreditation of the faculties of nursing, medicine, veterinary medicine, agriculture and engineering.

      Prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail, Benha University Vice-president for Community Service and Environment Development Affairs and Prof. Dr. Soliman Mustafa, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs have met Mr. Zain Abbas, the Iraqi Consul in Cairo by the attendance of the deans of the faculties of arts and law to enhance the cooperation ways between the Egyptian Higher Education and the Iraqi Embassy in Cairo as well as encourage the Iraqi students to study in Benha University.

Prof. Dr. Soliman Mustafa, the Vice-president of Benha University for Education and Students' Affairs opened a student positive initiative aiming to qualify students for the labor market. During the opening he confirmed that the University has occupied advanced places among the Egyptian universities
